GENERAL AGENCY / SHIP AGENCY / IMMIGRATION / CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

GENERAL AGENCY : Full services for petroleum concessionaires, which includes preparation of Master List and submission to Department of Mineral Fuels for approval as well as numerous other related services as follows.

- Liaison with Government organisations/authorities and relevant private organisations concerned at operational location.
- Provide general services for Concessionaire’s personnel (meet & assist at airport, travelling, hospitalisation, etc.).
- Provide general services re basic administration and representation at operational location.
- Provide general consultancy in operational planning at operational location to forestall any problems which may occur.
- Record all passports and visas with pertinent data for each.
- Arrange all inward/outward immigration formalities and procedures, prepare and submit all necessary documentation to Government with with passports, visas and work permits.
- Place bank guarantee with Customs Department / Redeem bank guarantee. Provide material handling services comprising: inward and outward Customs clearance through DMF for all duty-free Concessionaire cargos and provide personnel to back up Concessionaire’s operations as required.-  Supply qualified manpower/labour as required.
- Supply English-speaking office personnel (secretaries, accountants, drivers, etc.) as required.

SHIP’S AGENCY :

- Handle inward & outward customs and immigration clearance of vessels (local calls & international calls),
- Handle all documentation,
- Handle customs formalities air/land/sea,
- Handle customs & cargo clearance air/land/sea,
- Handle immigration services (sign-on/sign-off, visa letters),
- Meet & assist at airport,
- Transportation and coordination of crew change Bangkok/ Sattahip/ Songkhla /LaemChabang.
- Arrangement of meals, medical care, hotel bookings,
- Purchase of consumables,
- Flight arrangements & purchase of air tickets, provision of Thai national coordinator/ interpreter to serve on vessel (if required). 

IMMIGRATION SERVICE : Send visa invitation letters, letters of guarantee, apply for work permits, process visa extension, process visa renewal, re-entry visa, visa stamped in new passport, work permit extension, One-stop visa and work permit service, etc.

CUSTOMS SERVICES : Handle inward & outward customs and immigration clearance of drilling rigs and vessels (local calls & international calls), handle all documentation, customs formalities, customs & cargo clearance air/sea/land, clearance of tubulars, seismic equipment, etc. CIQP clearance at location.
