GENERAL AGENCY: 
AA provides full services for petroleum concessionaires, which include the preparation of Master List and its submission to Department of Mineral Fuels (DMF) for approval as well as numerous other related services, including the following.
- Liaison with Government organisations/authorities and relevant private organisations concerned at operational location.
- General services for Concessionaire’s personnel
(meet & assist at airport, travelling, hospitalisation, etc.).
- General services re basic administration and
representation at operational location.
- General consultancy in operational planning at
operational location to forestall any problems which may occur.
- Recording of all passports and visas with pertinent data for each.
- Arranging all inward/outward immigration formalities and procedures,
prepare and submit all necessary documentation to Government with with passports,
visas and work permits.
- Placing bank guarantee with Revenue Department / Redeeming bank guarantee.
- Material handling services comprising: inward and outward Customs clearance
through DMF for all duty-free Concessionaire cargos and providing personnel to back
up Concessionaire’s operations as required.
- Supplying qualified manpower/labour as required.
- Supplying English-speaking office personnel (secretaries, accountants, drivers, etc.)
as required.

SHIP’S AGENCY:
- Handle inward & outward customs and immigration clearance of vessels (local calls & international calls),
- Handle all documentation,
- Handle customs formalities air/land/sea,
- Handle customs & cargo clearance air/land/sea,
- Handle immigration services (sign-on/sign-off, visa letters, etc.),
- Meet & assist at airport,
- Transportation and coordination of crew change Bangkok/ Sattahip/ Songkhla
- Arrangement of meals, medical care, hotel bookings;
- Purchase of consumables,
- Flight arrangements & purchase of air tickets,
- Handling of payment for fishtraps cleared/lost/destroyed (when applicable),
- Provision of Thai national coordinator/ interpreter to serve on vessel (if required).
IMMIGRATION SERVICE: Send visa invitation letters; apply for work permits; process visa extensions; process visa renewals and re-entry visas; get visa stamped in new passport; process work permit extension; process at One-stop Visa and Work Permit Service, etc.
CUSTOMS SERVICES: Handle inward & outward customs and immigration clearance of drilling rigs and vessels (local calls & international calls), handle all documentation, customs formalities, customs & cargo clearance air/sea/land, clearance of tubulars, seismic equipment, etc., as well as CIQP clearance at location.
