Universal-Amarit Catering Co., Ltd. (UAC) is the AMARIT Group’s joint venture with the U.S.A.-French catering company Universal Sodexho, which is based in New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A., and maintains offices world-wide to support its global services. This company provides international standard training in safety, hygiene and nutrition to our catering personnel from the levels of Catering Supervisor and Chief Steward on down to Room Boy and Laundry Boy. UAC provides full catering services (superb meals, laundry and cleaning services) at onshore campsites and on rigs, including to several rigs currently drilling for Chevron and PTTEP in the Gulf of Thailand. Rigs thus serviced include Ensco Offshore’s Ensco 107, Ensco 57, Ensco 53, and Ensco 50, Sedco Forex’s Trident-15, Trident-16, Sedco 601, Sedco 602 and Actinia, and GlobalSantaFe’s Compact Driller and Key Gibraltar.

Let our first class, delicious meals (including European, North American, Asian, halal, vegetarian, etc.) and spotlessly clean housekeeping turn your rig into a home away from home. We providee special menus for special occasions (Hari Raya, Christmas, New Year, etc.)

Our well-maintained, certified freezers, chillers and dry containers carry everything to your rig in perfect condition, at carefully controlled temperatures and perfect cleanliness to ensure the best hygiene and good health for everyone on board.
